MAE SCORE (TWO MONTHS PRIOR)

MAE Score Calculation fixed to the 2nd full month. Often added under the tooltips section of a visual to show the total number of MAE generated for the previous month when the user hovers the cursor over a country visual. Example Oct 23 this would show total MAE for the month of August.
