Site collection administrator or owner removes a person as a site collection administrator for a site. This activity is also logged when an admin removes themselves from the list of site collection administrators for a user’s OneDrive account (by editing the user profile in the SharePoint admin center). To return this activity in the audit log search results, you have to search for all activities.
