The tyGraph Pages Engine caches tenant and license information in each user's browser in local storage. On occasion, tyGraph Support may instruct you to clear the cache to troubleshoot issues. You may clear the cache by appending the query string parameters ?tyGraphClearCache=true to any SharePoint page. If your pages has query string parameters replace "?" with "&".
Your tyGraph Pages Engine cache will now be cleared and repopulated on the next view of any SharePoint page on your tenant.
