Email Mismatch - No Data in tyGraph Online

In tyGraph Online you will notice a drop down item titled "Email." This selection allows you to change between your M365 Aliases in the event you administrate multiple networks or subscriptions.


What the Email Box Does

The email that you have selected will be used by us to return only the content permissioned for your account. So for example only Yammer communities that you administrate or teams that you own. 


By default tyGraph predicts which account is your primary email but sometimes we choose the wrong alias for the report. This is the most common reason you can login and not see data. At some organizations your Yammer email will not be the same as your M365 email.




Solution

To solve this select your Yammer or Teams email (alias) from the drop down and assess the result.
