Use these instructions to filter tyGraph Pages to specific Hub sites or site collections.
Important: It is not possible to filter Hub sites and site collections, doing so will result in Hub site information being omitted from tyGraph Pages.
- Connect to your tyGraph Pages Power BI workspace.
- Select "More options" for the Dataset.
- Click "Settings".
- Expand "Parameters".
- Enter the Hub URL(s) that you want to include in your report separated by a comma. If you are not filtering Hub URL(s) leave the parameter default value as All.
Important: Only include the HUB site address and ensure that there is no forward slash at the end of each URL.For example, https://m365x772569.sharepoint.com/sites/work/SitePages/Home.aspx must be entered as https://m365x772569.sharepoint.com/sites/work
- Enter the site collection URL(s) that you want to include in your report separated by a comma. If you are not filtering site collection URL(s) leave the parameter default value as All.
Important: Only include the site collection address and ensure that there is no forward slash at the end of each URL.
Click "Apply".
Return to the tyGraph Pages workspace.
Click "Refresh now" and wait for the refresh to complete.
If applicable, click "Update App".
Click the tyGraph Pages report to confirm that the changes to the report have been applied correctly.
