Microsoft recently updated Microsoft 365 usage analytics on September 1, 2021, to pseudonymize user-level information by default. See Privacy changes to Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics for more information. This change affects tyGraph Pulse, tyGraph for SharePoint, tyGraph for OneDrive and tyGraph for Yammer.
A complete tyGraph data harvest cycle is required to fix the reports.
Global administrators can revert this change in the Microsoft 365 admin center by :
- Click ... Show all in the left navigation pane
- then Settings
- then Org Settings
- then the Services tab at the top
- Scroll down the list and choose Reports
- The In all reports, display de-identified names for users, groups, and sites must be unchecked.
It comes checked by default.
