As part of our integration efforts following our merger with AvePoint, we are entering the next phase of combining our technical support teams and systems so you can benefit from our world-class global technical support.
On May 16, 2023, we will transition support ticket intake from the tyGraph Support Portal (help.tygraph.com) to the AvePoint Account Portal to address all technical support needs. At that time, any new inquiries or support tickets will be processed through the AvePoint Account Portal. This includes ticket intake through the web portal and email. Any unresolved support tickets as of May 16 will be finalized in tyGraph Support Portal.
To submit tickets through the AvePoint Account Portal, please take the following actions prior to May 16 to ensure a seamless transition:
- Create an account on the AvePoint Account Portal (details here)
- Use the AvePoint Account Portal for any technical support needs that require immediate attention
To submit tickets by email, please use email@example.com and your inquiries will be routed appropriately.
We understand the value tyGraph's knowledge base offers, and as a result we will keep the tyGraph Support Portal active so you can access the full knowledge base library.
