Beginning on September 16th at 9:00am UTC, tyGraph began experiencing reduced performance as a result of Azure SQL technical issues. Please note that we are aware of this issue and it is related to Microsoft announced SQL Database issues in East US (TRACKING ID: 2LZ0-3DG). The reduced Azure SQL performance has caused a slowdown in tyGraph data harvesting. This may cause delays in tyGraph reporting until the issue is resolved. We do not expect any data loss at this time.
