This streamlined analysis informs strategic decisions, aiding efforts to enhance employee engagement and optimize communication strategies.

Main Features

In addition to offering an extended perspective based on the summary period parameter, it's essential to highlight the following key features.

  1. Left hand navigation

The interactive cards positioned on the left-hand side facilitate seamless navigation through diverse layouts, empowering you to delve into the nuanced aspects of your Viva Engage network. Explore insights on registered individuals, active participants, engaged contributors, thriving communities, and dynamic thread interactions, providing a comprehensive understanding of the overall engagement and vitality of your network.
    • Registered people are any individuals who are licensed for Viva Engage that have not been suspended or deleted.
    • Active people counts the total people reached. These are users that have had any form of activity in the period. This includes engaged members plus users who have taken passive actions like reading, scrolling, or downloading.
    • Engaged people are individuals who have taken tacit actions such as posting, reacting, or commenting. You can change the definition of engagement by modifying the MAE Score Metrics in the Filter pane.
  2. Percentage cards

The set of five percentage cards provides a visual representation of key metrics within your Viva Engage network. These cards display active users as a percentage of registered members, engaged members as a percentage of active users, engaged members as a percentage of registered users, the percentage of healthy communities, and the proportion of thread interactions occurring within the All Company community.
  3. Time measure comparisons

The time measure comparison dropdown allows you to alter the indicators within the left-hand navigation cards, enabling a comparison of trends across five predefined categories. The defined categories are outlined below for your reference.
  4. Flexible line chart

The versatile line chart, accessible in all layouts, provides you with the capability to select a dynamic x-axis and apply various slicers, including Community, Country, and Department. The synergy of these two drop-down menus has a significant impact on understanding adoption trends across different facets of the organization and over various timeframes. For example, selecting Month by Year reveals unique audience insights year over year for the specified period. This functionality aids in gauging the network's traction from one year to the next.
